We are dedicated to providing you with a smooth and efficient shopping experience. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle the delivery of your orders.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. We make every effort to ship your order on the next business day Monday through Thursday, but please note that holidays and unexpected events may affect both processing and delivery times.

Tracking Information

Every order placed with us will receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your shipment. If you did not receive a confirmation email, kindly check your spam folder or contact our customer support team and we will be happy to assist you. 

Delivery Times

While we strive to dispatch your items promptly, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Delivery company's processing times
  • Custom examination (for international orders)
  • Delays caused by weather conditions, holidays, or unexpected events

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processes and customers are accountable for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their order.

Correct Information

Please ensure that all of your information, including your address, postal code, phone number, and billing address, is accurate before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for additional fees incurred for reshipping orders with incorrect information.

Free Shipping 

We offer free shipping on all orders $60 CAD or more before taxes.

International Shipping

At this time, we are only shipping to Canada and US addresses. If you are outside of these countries and wish to place an order please contact us for more details. Please note we are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Shipping Timelines

Once your package leaves us, we have no control over its movement. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Shipping timelines will be determined by the shipping option chosen at checkout, but as a general guideline:

  • Within Alberta: Up to 1-3 business days on average
  • Canada: Up to 7 business days on average
  • USA: Up to 8-10 business days on average
  • International: up to 4-6 weeks on average

Shipping Carrier

We use Canada Post as our shipping carrier for all orders.

Pick Up Option

If you prefer to pick up your order in person at one of our markets, please place your order online, select "pick up" during check out, and then contact us via email or our contact form indicating which market you would like to pick up your order from. You can also leave a note in the message box during your purchase. For a list of upcoming markets visit our Events page. Please note we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for your order to be ready for market pick up.
