Returns

You have 7 business days from receiving the product to return an unopened product for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7 to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Defective, Wrong, or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective, wrong, or damaged product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will gladly replace any item that is defective, wrong, or has been damaged during shipping. To initiate a return for a defective, wrong, or damaged product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 business days of receiving the product, providing details of the issue and any supporting evidence (such as photographs).
  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions for returning the item.
  3. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to verify the issue. If the item is indeed defective, wrong, or damaged, we will promptly ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is necessary due to a defective, wrong, or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.

Exceptions

Due to sanitary concerns, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as it allows us to maintain the highest standards of product quality and safety for all our customers.
